No significant changes are made to the 2013 640i Gran Coupe, beside from the replacement of the Driver Assistance Package (ZDA) with its new version (ZD2) which now includes Speed Limit Info (8TH) - its price has been increased by $100 to $3,800.

Many changes are coming with the model year 2013 3-Series Sedan, starting with the introduction of the xDrive models.

Prices are up:

A new line, M Sport Line (ZMM) is available for $3,850 on the 328i and $3,200 on the 335i. With ZMM comes a new color uniquely available in this line: Estoril Blue (B45) for the regular price of $550.

Packages have been redesigned, with the removal of the Parking Package (ZPK) and the introduction of Lighting Package (ZLP) for $900 on the 328i, and standard on the 335i. Driver Assistance Plus (ZDB) is also newly available for $700 and contains Lane Departure Warning (5AD) and Speed Limit Info (8TH). Finally Dynamic Handling Package (ZDH) is offered for $1,000, and contains Adaptive M Suspension (2VF) and Variable sport steering (2VL).

The 5-Series GranTurismo also enters MY 2012 as of next September. Prices are increased by $300 for the 535i and by $1,400 for the 550i.

The X3 enters MY2012 with October production. Both models will now feature a 4NG black high gloss finish on the instrument panel and receive 423 Floor Mats as standard. The X3 xDrive35i will also come standard with 402 Panoramic Moonroof.

The price of the X3 xDrive28i rises by $100 while the price of the X3 xDrive35i rises by $1,350.

• ZCV Convenience Package is deleted on the xDrive35i, while its contents shifts to the Premium Package ZPP.

• 496 Heated rear seats and 502 headlight washers have been removed from ZCW Cold Weather Package and are now available as an upgrade with the new ZCX Cold Weather Package II.

• A new Premium Sound Package ZPS has been added

• ZAP Sport Activity Package now features 775 Anthracite headliner.

• 248 Heated steering wheel has been deleted but remains available in the ZCW Cold Weather Package
