Sales of BMW brand vehicles increased 12.0% in April for a total of 21,062 compared to 18,801 vehicles sold in April 2011. Year-to-date, the BMW brand is up 15.7% on sales of 82,611 compared to 71,417 sold in the first four months of 2011. 

In April, best performing vehicles included the X5 SAV up 50.9% to 3,561 units; the 3 Series, up 20.8% to 9,003 units; and the 6 Series, up 92.9% to 513 units. 

The MY 2013 M5 Sedan can finally be ordered since Apr 23^rd at your BMW dealership. Production will start end of July, with first deliveries happening in August. First European Delivery appointments in Munich will be available after September 1^st.

The base MSRP is $89,900, a 5% augmentation over the previous generation M5 MY 2010. The new S63G engine develops 560hp and 500 lb-ft of torque and can be paired with the new optional M Carbon Ceramic Brakes (2NK) for $8,700 if the car is equipped with the 20” M light alloy wheels 343M (2NZ) in option for $1,300.

Minor changes come with the model year 2013 X5. The Radio BMW professional (663) is replaced with the Hi-fi Sound System (676). The Active Vent. Seat Package (ZAV) disappears and is replaced by the Luxury Seating Package (ZLS), which contains the same equipment and remains at $2,100 ($1,700 on the X5 xDrive35i Sport Activity)

The BMW X3 entered its Model Year 2013 with the February 2012 production. Prices have been raised slightly, while the Power Tailgate (316) which used to cost $500 is now standard.

The BMW X6 enters the model year 2013 (MY 2013) with April 2012 production. Selective modifications in design and innovative equipment features hone the profile of the new BMW X6. The standard fog lights are now set in matt finish surrounds in the upper area of the outer air inlets. As an alternative to the standard bi-xenon light, the new BMW X6 is the first vehicle in its segment to be fitted optionally with adaptive LED headlamps (552) for $1,900. With its newly designed rear lights with LED technology, the powerfully shaped rear section of the new BMW X6 also features more intense styling.

The Multi-contour seats (456) now becomes standard, hence reducing the price of Active Ventilated Seat Package (ZAV) by $1,000. Full LED lights (552) now become available for an additional $1,900.

Sales of BMW brand vehicles increased 18% in March for a total of 23,940 compared to 20,295 vehicles sold in March, 2011. Year-to-date, the BMW brand is up 17 percent on sales of 61,549 compared to 52,616 sold in the first three months of 2011. In March, best performing vehicles included the X5 SAV up 41.3% to 2,841 units; the 5 Series, up 21.4% to 5,451 units; the 6 Series, up 1,050% to 759 units and the 7 Series, up 24.6% to 1,280 units.

Sales of BMW brand vehicles increased 29.2% in February for a total of 21,204 compared to 16,416 vehicles sold in February, 2011. The BMW 3 Series – including the all-new 3 Series Sedan on sale since mid-February – is up 66.3% to 8,103 units in February. Other best performing vehicles in February include the 6 Series, up 399.1% to 529 units and the X3 SAV, up 42.5% to 2,831 units. The BMW SAV segment (X3, X5, X6) continues growing with sales up 30.2% from the previous February.
